AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli rates the Champions League round of 16 tie with Tottenham as the biggest of his career.
Milan will host the first-leg tomorrow night.
Pioli said: "I think from a motivational point of view it will be simple but the match will be complicated, given that we face a strong opponent with a strong coach.
"Yes, they will be (the two most important matches of my career).
"Wherever (Antonio) Conte has gone he has always given his mentality and his philosophy. There are no starting midfielders but the English teams have great squads. From a tactical point of view, the opponent is strong.
"We have to play with more pace. We have prepared ourselves to be up to it."
